Still coughing fit to burst but the words are flowing again. Thank heavens. And what is more important perhaps the plot is unfolding more easily in my mind. Good sign. The willingness to pour out words is uselsss unless there are ideas first.
Hoping to work for at least four hours today. Will I make it?

Thanks. As you can see I failed to make the four-hour stint, but I did mange almost 1000 words - give or take. 
Another day tomorrow.
I suppose its a bit like exercise, you need to build back up to it slowly. 1000 good words doesn't sound bad to me.

You're right. I'm quite pleased with that really. Unfortunately I won't be able to get down to writing tomorrow or Friday - family days. I have to make the most of it when I'm free to write. Hey-ho!
